These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store at jenniferfrey.de. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Contracting Party

The purchase contract is concluded with Jennifer Frey FS. All prices include statutory VAT where applicable.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking "Buy now" or "Add to cart" and completing the checkout, you submit a binding order. We confirm receipt of your order by email. The contract is concluded upon dispatch confirmation.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We accept payment via the methods displayed during checkout (e.g. credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay).

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship internationally. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination and are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or third-party carriers.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers within the EU have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party other than the carrier) receive the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at the address provided in our Legal Notice. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

7. Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Returned goods must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

8. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. If a product is defective, please contact us promptly with a description and photos of the defect.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except in cases of injury to life, body, or health. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.

11. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
