Shipping policy
For shipping within mainland Germany we charge a flat rate of 5.90 euros per order. We ship from a gross order value of 70 euros free shipping.
We deliver to the following countries:
- Europe (including Switzerland): 15.99 euros
For shipping within Austria, we charge a flat rate of 15.99 euros per order. We ship from a gross order value of 150 euros free shipping.
If a shipment comes back due to an incorrect address, refusal of acceptance, not being picked up from the packing station/post office on time, etc., the recipient will bear the full costs of 5.90 euros for shipping and 4 euros for return shipping. The amount of 9.90 euros will be deducted upon reimbursement.
Delivery times
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 1 - 2 days, for deliveries abroad within 3 - 5 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
